Art. 30. Las cuentas que deben rendir los Administradores de Circuito y los municipales de Hacienda, serán remitidas á su destino á más tardar dentro de los primeros ocho días del mes siguiente á aquel á que aquéllas se refieran, y las de las Administraciones departamentales dentro de los primeros quince días.
