En el caso de los establecimientos de crédito sometidos al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, el Gobierno determinará, dentro de los 6 meses siguientes a la fecha de vigencia de la presente Ley, las cuantías mínimas que no sean objeto de retención en la fuente.
