ARTICULO 141 . TERMINO PARA PRESENTAR LOS DESCARGOS. El disciplinado dispondrá de un término de diez (10) días, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación del pliego de cargos, para que presente sus descargos, solicite y aporte pruebas, si así lo estima conveniente. Durante ese término, el expediente permanecerá a su disposición en la secretaría.
