Modifícase el último inciso del artículo 5º de la Ley 85 de 1945 en el sentido de que, para las concesiones en curso y para las ya perfeccionadas, el término de un año prescrito en el inciso primero de dicho artículo, empezará a contarse desde la fecha en que al concesionario le sea entregada la zona concedida.
