Art. 3.° La Junta Directiva de Canalización del río Magdalena cuidará del fiel cumplimiento del contrato ó de los contratos, que el Gobierno celebre, y podrá hacer indicaciones en los trabajos, é inspeccionarlos, de acuerdo con el Gobierno, cuando lo juzgue necesario.
