Inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Turismo de los usuarios industriales, operadores y desarrolladores de servicios turísticos de las zonas francas. Los usuarios industriales, operadores y desarrolladores de servicios turísticos de las zonas francas, además de los requisitos generales establecidos en el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2. del presente Decreto, informarán, según sea el caso, la calificación como usuario industrial de servicios turísticos, o el reconocimiento como tal, por parte del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
