Para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Ley 790 de 2002 y la Ley 812 de 2003, los servidores públicos en condición de padre o madre cabeza de familia sin alternativa económica, discapacitados y prepensionados se mantendrán temporalmente en la Planta de Personal mientras conserven la condición que les otorga el reunir los supuestos de hecho que generaron el beneficio. Extinguida la condición de beneficiario por circunstancias sobrevivientes, el cargo quedará automáticamente suprimido.
