Los acreedores que se opongan tendrán derecho a exigir las garantías o seguridades del caso para el pago de sus créditos y si éstas no se prestan oportunamente, serán exigibles aún las obligaciones a plazo. Este derecho sólo podrá ejercitarse dentro de los dos meses siguientes a la fecha del registro de la enajenación del establecimiento.
