En el marco del presente Decreto, el derecho fundamental a la consulta previa se desarrollará de buena fe con la finalidad de llegar a un acuerdo o lograr el consentimiento en los términos previstos por el Acuerdo 169 de la OIT y la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional, que define sus alcances.
