° Las solicitudes que se presenten directamente a la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros, y que se refieran a trabajos realizados, sin intervención de los funcionarios mencionados un el artículo 3°, serán pasadas por el Presidente a comisiones compuestas por tres de sus miembros, para que dentro del mes de marzo las estudien y rindan su concepto.
