Las demandas de adopción admitidas por los jueces civiles del circuito o de menores en el momento de entrar en vigencia esta Ley, continuarán tramitándose conforme al procedimiento vigente en la fecha de su iniciación pero no requerirán el otorgamiento de escritura pública. No obstante, el demandante podrá prescindir del proceso ante el Juez Civil del Circuito y recurrir al Juez de Menores.
