El Consejo Superior de la Judicatura deberá presentar un informe semestral en el cual informará de forma precisa y objetiva los resultados del ejercicio provenientes del recaudo, inversión y rendimientos del Fondo para la Modernización, Descongestión y Bienestar de la Administración de Justicia a las Comisiones Terceras del Congreso de la República. De la misma forma deberá entregar un informe detallado sobre la implementación de la oralidad como sistema en la Justicia colombiana.
