El Gobierno Nacional procederá a adelantar con los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, las negociaciones necesarias a la cesión en favor de la Universidad del Quindío, del lote de terreno que dicha entidad posee en el paraje de Regivit, del Municipio de Armenia, y a que se refiere la escritura pública número 229 de 18 de febrero de 1929, de la Notaría 1a. de Armenia.
