Parágrafo

al artículo 555 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de la obligación de presentar declaración anticipada, las importaciones de bienes de capital, maquinaria, equipos y sus partes, destinados a la construcción de obras públicas de infraestructura, obras para el desarrollo económico y social, así como los bienes de capital destinados al establecimiento de nuevas industrias o al ensanche de las existentes en la zona."
