º . Vigilancia y control. La vigilancia y control sobre los procedimientos referidos en los artículos 5º y 6º, corresponderán a las entidades territoriales de salud que hayan autorizado a dichos establecimientos farmacéuticos a la práctica de los mencionados procedimientos.
