Temas Relacionados con las Zonas Mineras Indígenas. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el inciso tercero del artículo 253 del Código de Minas cuando el Comité de Política Minera, aborde temas relacionados con las zonas mineras indígenas o territorios indígenas, invitará a un representante de la División de Asuntos Indígenas del Ministerio de Gobierno y a un representante de la Organización u Organizaciones Regionales Indígenas, como mínimo, que tengan presencia en dichos territorios.
