Impuesta una sanción su ejecución debe ser inmediata. Cuando por causas justificadas ello no fuere posible, la sanción quedará pendiente. Ningún individuo de las Fuerzas Militares podrá ser ascendido o desacuartelado mientras no cumpla la sanción de que hubiere sido objeto.
