El artículo 298 del Código Civil quedará así: Los administradores de los bienes del hijo son responsables, por toda disminución o deterioro que se deba a culpa aun leve o dolo. La responsabilidad para con el hijo se extiende a la propiedad y a los frutos en los bienes en que tienen la administración pero no el usufructo; y se limita a la propiedad en los bienes de que son usufructuarios.
