La Ley 418 de 1997 , prorrogada por la Ley 548 de 1999 , tendrá un artículo nuevo del siguiente tenor:
Artículo nuevo. En concordancia con esta ley, entiéndase que los beneficios de que trata el Decreto 1385 de 1994 se extienden a los miembros de las organizaciones armadas al margen de la ley.
