Vicepresidencia Comercial. La Vicepresidencia Comercial tendrá las siguientes funciones

Definir estrategias comerciales para lograr un adecuado posicionamiento de la Entidad en el mercado. Estas estrategias deben extenderse a la gestión comercial realizada por las Gerencias Regionales, Gerencias Zonales, Directores Zonales y las Sucursales y Agencias;

Asesorar a la Junta Directiva, Presidencia y demás Organos directivos en asuntos comerciales;

Suplir las faltas temporales del Presidente de acuerdo con lo establecido en estatutos internos; h) Todas las demás inherentes a la naturaleza de la dependencia y a las que determinen los Organos superiores de administración.
