Artículo único. El Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá que se liquide y pague la diferencia de las dos térceras partes de la pension de inválido que recibió José María Cuervo como Sargento 1.° hasta el 25 de Febrero de mil ochocientos setenta y ocho, en que se extendieron sus letras de inválido como Alférez.
