ARTICULO 1o. Funciones del Presidente. - Además de las funciones que le atribuyen la ley y los estatutos, corresponde al Presidente de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero la dirección y control de las regionales, la responsabilidad de la fijación de políticas, elaboración de presupuestos y consolidación nacional de la tesorería, y la coordinación y aprobación de operaciones financieras y crediticias en las cuantías que determine la Junta Directiva.
