Ámbito de aplicación. El presente capítulo aplica a los contribuyentes obligados a presentar declaración de impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios que en su condición de empleadores ocupen trabajadoras mujeres víctimas de la violencia comprobada, y procede por un término máximo de tres (3) años a partir de la fecha en que se inicia la relación laboral.
