Articulo 94, Cuando no se presenten solicitudes de traslado, el Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia procederá a convocar a concurso de ascenso, limitado a notarios de carrera de cualquier categoría o a concurso de selección en el cual podrán participar personas que pertenezcan o no al servicio.
