° Los fondos especiales de giros postales serán distribuidos proporcionalmente y de acuerdo con el estudio previo que se efectúe de las necesidades del servicio en cada Departamento e Intendencia, entre todas las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional, las cuales los mantendrán en depósito disponible a la orden del Jefe do Giros Postales. Para evitar que de tales fondos se disponga para otros fines, los Administradores los mantendrán en cuenta separada en el Banco de la República o en otro establecimiento bancario acreditado, en caso de no existir sucursal de aquel Banco en la localidad.
