LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.9.7.5.3. Destinación del recaudo. Los recaudos de la tasa retributiva por vertimientos al agua se destinarán a proyectos de inversión en descontaminación hídrica y monitoreo de la calidad del agua.

Para cubrir los gastos de implementación y seguimiento de la tasa, la autoridad ambiental competente podrá utilizar hasta el 10% de los recursos recaudados de la tasa retributiva.

Para lo anterior, las autoridades ambientales competentes deberán realizar las distribuciones en sus presupuestos de ingresos y gastos a las que haya lugar para garantizar la destinación específica de la tasa.
