Segunda instancia . Concedido el recurso de apelación y efectuado el reparto, el proceso se pondrá a disposición del funcionario, quien deberá resolver el recurso dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes.

Si se trata de juez colegiado, el magistrado ponente dispondrá de diez (10) días para presentar proyecto y la Sala de un término igual para su estudio y decisión.
