Decreto 829 de 1984 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 3° del Decreto 133 de 1976

Articulo 32 . La asamblea general se reunirá en el domicilio de la asociación el día y a la hora prevista en la convocatoria y deliberará con la presencia de un número plural de personas que represente por lo menos la mitad más uno de los socios activos de la asociación y las decisiones se tomarán por la mayoría de los votos presentes, salvo que este Decreto o los estatutos exijan una mayoría especial.

Parágrafo

En tos deliberaciones de la asamblea cada miembro tendrá derecho a un (1) voto. No obstante ello, cada miembro podrá representar hasta (2) miembros más, si presenta un poder válidamente otorgado.
