Deberes y facultades. La parte acu sadora, como representante de la sociedad, velará por el cumplimiento de la ley, con el fin de determinar lo concerniente a la responsabilidad penal y civil. Podrá formular las solicitudes que sean pertinentes, interponer recursos, participar en la práctica de pruebas e intervenir en las diligencias del proceso de juzgamiento, de ejecución de la sentencia y ejercer las demás facultades que determine la ley.
