Autorícese al Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de Defensa, para que evalué la viabilidad y de esta manera realice e incluya las partidas y apropiaciones presupuestales necesarias para la remodelación, acondicionamiento y dotación de los edificios que componen la Escuela Naval de Cadetes Almirante Padilla, ubicada en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias en el Departamento de Bolívar, en ocasión de su aniversario 88.
