Art. 1.° Establécese un correo ordinario entre la ciudad de Bucaramanga i la "Boca del Dique de Paturia," el cual se despachará de dicha ciudad todos los meses en los dias 7, 17 i 27 para que pueda enlazarse con los correos de la línea del Atlántico por el rio Magdalena.
