º. La sentencia será notificada al Agente del Ministerio Público y al acusado, quien tiene derecho de apelar de ella ante el Ministerio de Hacienda en el acto de la notificación ó dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes. Si la sentencia no se apelare, se consultará con el mismo Ministerio.
