El que porte elemento punzante, cortante, corto punzante o cortocontundente, que tenga potencialidad letal durante evento masivo o escenario masivo abierto al público, incurrirá en prisión de veinticuatro (24) meses a treinta y seis (36) meses, salvo que su tenencia esté relacionada con la práctica de una actividad, profesión u oficio lícitos.
