º . Las entidades públicas prestarán prontamente la colaboración y los informes que el Consejero Presidencial para la Defensa, Protección y Promoción de los Derechos Humanos les solicite. Para la cumplida ejecución de sus funciones, el Consejero Presidencial para la Defensa, Protección y Promoción de los Derechos Humanos tendrá a su disposición todos los recursos técnicos, de organización y métodos, sistematización, computadores y demás elementos logísticos que posean las referidas entidades públicas.
