Si existiere duda sobre superposición del área solicitada en zonas contratadas o de solicitudes en trámite, el Ministerio podrá exigir al solicitante el levantamiento adicional necesario para establecer si en realidad ocurre o no la superposición. Si el interesado no presentare el trabajo ordenado en el término que al efecto se le señale, el cual no podrá exceder de un (1) mes, se considerará retirada su solicitud.
