Cédense así mismo a los distritos de San Juan de Cesar i Barrancas del Departamento de Padilla, en el Estado soberano del Magdalena, para locales de Escuelas elementales: al de San Juan de Cesar la casa i cuarto que están situados en la plaza de este distrito; i al de Barrancas las dos casas que se encuentran también en la plaza de dicho distrito, correspondientes todas estas casas a bienes desamortizados.
