Decreto 3927 de 2006 · por el cual se determinan los Aranceles Intracuota, Extracuota y los Contingentes Anuales para la importación de maíz amarillo, maíz blanco y fríjol soya en desarrollo del Mecanismo Público de Administración de Contingentes Agropecuarios (MAC) para 2007.

Artículo 4º . Arancel Extracuota. A las importaciones que superen los Contingentes Anuales establecidos en el artículo 1º de este decreto, se les aplicará el Arancel Extracuota establecido en el numeral 4 del artículo 3º del Decreto 430 de 2004, tal como se indica a continuación

Las subpartidas arancelarias 1005.90.11.00 y 1201.00.90.00, correspondientes a maíz amarillo y fríjol soya, respectivamente, pagarán el mayor arancel entre 5% y el arancel total resultante de aplicar el Sistema Andino de Franjas de Precios.

La subpartida arancelaria 1005.90.12.00, correspondiente al maíz blanco, pagará un arancel extracuota de 45%, hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2007.
