Art. 1.° Invitase á los agricultores que cultivan artículos, de exportación, á los comerciantes que exportan productos naturales de nuestros bosques y á los propietarios de minas para que remitan á la Secretaría de Fomento muestras de los productos agrícolas y naturales que son ó pueden ser objeto de exportación. De cada muestra deben enviarse hasta diez ejemplares.
