Decreto 2677 de 1971 · Por el cual se fijan normas sobre conmutación de las pensiones de jubilación del sector privado

Artículo tercero. Para los efectos de la conmutación, las pensiones de jubilación pendientes a que se refiere el artículo anterior, son las causadas y las eventuales.

Parágrafo

Por eventuales se entiende las que están en curso de adquisición por trabajadores que tengan más de diez (10) años de servicio en la respectiva empresa.
