Artículo segundo. Los contratos que celebre el Departamento del Chocó para la ejecución de las obras, requerirán para su validez, de la aprobación del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación.

Parágrafo

La Oficina de Planeación Regional del Chocó rendirá un informe mensual sobre la ejecución de las obras de que trata el presente Decreto, al Departamento Administrativo de Planeación.
