Cuando una entidad estatal tenga en su poder el plan de aportes del contrato que pretende celebrar, debidamente aprobado por la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, deberá hacer llegar copia del mismo a la fiduciaria La Previsora S.A., con el objeto de que sea incluido dentro del registro del plan de aportes.
