El que proponga a otro la comisión de un delito, incurrirá en arresto de un mes a tres años. En la misma sanción incurrirá el que aceptare la propuesta. Si a la propuesta se-acompañare la entrega desvalores, la sanción se aumentará hasta en una mitad. Los valores, de que trata el inciso anterior serán decomisados.
