Art. 5° Cuando sean los Recaudadores departamentales y los de Circuito de Hacienda nacional los que impongan y perciban tales multas, tendrá derecho al 40 por 100 de las que recauden, y á esto mismo tendrá derecho el Oficial auxiliar de las multas que él imponga y haga efectivas por infracciones al Decreto sobre la materia, en las visitas que efectúe fuera de la ciudad de Bogotá. Las cuentas que de las multas deben pasar los Administradores cada mes á la Sección se harán por el conducto regular.
