°. Provisión de los empleos . Luego de cumplir las disposiciones establecidas en las normas vigentes sobre derecho preferente y prelación para nombramientos provisionales, el Sena podrá proveer mediante nombramiento provisional los empleos de carrera administrativa que se crean en el artículo 1° del presente decreto para la atención de los programas Agrosena, Sennova y Bilingüismo, con las personas que vienen ocupando los empleos temporales creados por el Decreto número 553 de 2017, hasta tanto se surta el proceso de selección meritocrático.
