Los propietarios o poseedores de buena fe podrán solicitar la inscripción en las oficinas del Incoder de los predios que ofrezcan voluntariamente, sin que ello obligue al Instituto frente a estos ni respecto de terceros interesados. En este caso el Incoder asumirá un rol de facilitador y promoverá audiencias públicas de concertación con la participación de los propietarios o poseedores de buena fe de los predios ofrecidos y de las personas y/o comunidades que se hallaren interesados en la adquisición de tierras.
