Art. 128. Desde que se fije el primer edicto, de que trata el artículo anterior, se publicará en el periódico oficial del Departamento, por tres veces cuando menos, y si á pesar de este llamamiento no comparecieren los demandados, se les nombrará por el Juez un defensor, con el cual se seguirá el juicio.
