ARTICULO 12. En cuanto a los empleados públicos docentes de las Universidades Públicas Nacionales, este decreto sólo se aplicará a quienes no hayan optado o no opten, dentro de los términos vigentes, por el régimen establecido en el Decreto 1444 de 1992.
