Art. 1°. Destínase del Tesoro nacional una suma hasta de treinta mil pesos para la conclusion del camino de herradura que partiendo de la ciudad de Túquerres ó la de Barbacóas, pone en comunicacion los Municipios, de Patio, Túquerres y Obando con la Costa del Pacifico.

La expresada suma se incluirá en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia de 1881 i 1882.
