Adiciónese un literal al artículo 33 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: “e) Efectuar el pago consolidado de la totalidad de los tributos aduaneros y/o sanciones liquidados en las declaraciones de importación presentadas ante la Aduana y sobre las cuales se hubiere obtenido levante durante el mes inmediatamente anterior”.
