Fortalecimiento de capacidades en gestión de Cooperación internacional

1.

Identificar necesidades de fortalecimiento de capacidades y brechas del conoci­miento para la gestión de cooperación internacional.

2.

Generar espacios de capacitación con elementos prácticos que desarrollen habi­lidades en la materia.

3.

Proveer herramientas conceptuales, jurídicas, técnicas y operativas de coopera­ción internacional que orienten la gestión de los actores de cooperación.
